1. What RedBall Is

RedBall is an independent product directory and comparison tool for industrial and rugged hardware, including ethernet switches and related networking equipment. Listings include specifications compiled from publicly available information, submitted by manufacturers and their representatives, or entered by RedBall administrators.

2. Not Affiliated With Any Manufacturer

RedBall is an independent site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any manufacturer, brand, or product listed on the Site, unless explicitly stated otherwise. All manufacturer names, product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used on the Site solely to identify and describe the products listed, not to claim any affiliation or endorsement.

3. Accuracy of Listings

Product specifications and information on the Site are provided for general, informational and comparison purposes only. While we aim for accuracy, we do not independently verify every listing against manufacturer documentation, and specifications can change without notice. Listings may be created or edited by manufacturer representatives ("product managers") for their own products, and RedBall is not responsible for the accuracy of information supplied by third parties. Always confirm specifications, availability, and pricing directly with the manufacturer before making a purchasing, engineering, or safety-critical decision.

4. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Accounts with elevated permissions (such as product manager or administrator access) are granted at RedBall's discretion and may be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time, including for providing inaccurate company information or misusing listing permissions.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized product listings;
• Impersonate any person, company, or manufacturer you are not authorized to represent;
• Scrape, harvest, or reproduce substantial portions of the Site's content for a competing service without permission;
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure.

6. Advertising

The Site displays third-party advertising, including through Google AdSense. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content of ads or the products or services of advertisers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listed information is accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedBall will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including any decision made in reliance on information found on the Site.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, third parties, or RedBall.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
