1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. If you create an account, we collect your email address, password (stored securely by our authentication provider, not visible to us in plain text), first name, last name, and company name. If you email us for support, we receive whatever information you include in that email.

Information collected automatically. We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site usage — such as which pages are visited, general geographic region, and device/browser type. This runs without tracking cookies and does not identify you individually.

Cookies and advertising. The Site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can learn more about how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com. If you sign in, we also use a session cookie strictly necessary to keep you logged in.

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting for account and product data.
• Vercel — site hosting and analytics.
• Google AdSense — advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share account information with third parties except as needed to operate the Site (the providers above) or where required by law.

4. Your Choices & Rights

You can review and update your account information at any time from your account page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information — such as the right to access, correct, or delete it. To make a request, or to delete your account entirely, email us at team@redball.tech. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Site's features. If you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your account information, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.

6. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
