Detailed Specifications
| detailed description | The Abaco Systems RES3120 is a 12-port, fully managed Layer 2/3+ standalone rugged Gigabit Ethernet switch designed for SWaP-C (Size, Weight, Power, and Cost) constrained military and industrial applications. It is the 12-port member of the RES3000 family, which also includes the 24-port RES3240 and the 24-port + 4x10GbE RES3244. The RES3120 is described by Abaco as the most compact switch they have ever designed, offering industry-leading port density for its size and weight. It is VICTORY (Vehicular Integration for C4ISR/EW Interoperability) switch-compliant and meets a wide range of MIL-STD specifications. It is managed via Abaco's proprietary OpenWare switch management environment, which supports a full Layer 2/3 protocol suite and can be customized to meet specific customer requirements. The RES3120 serves as the current production replacement for the legacy RES-210 (which entered Restricted Production Phase on December 31, 2017).
